The rolling resistance of tyre is improved by using silica filled rubber
compound bonded rubber and silica.CABRUS® is silane coupling agent for bonding rubber and silica and it is named by the captioned red character. The advantages of rubber compounded mineral filler,like silica, clay and talc etc, using CABRUS® is reducing its viscosity and giving properties like pure gum,higher rebound and elasticity to the vulcanized rubber.
Through the deveplopment of process for direct reaction between elemental sodium and sulfur,DAISO has made possible a more economic manufacturing prodution process.
CABRUS®, compared with any other silane coupling agent,contains less free sulfur and has superior termostability and storage stability due to the less hydrolization because of negligible amount of free ethanol.
